Saunas and large items ship by freight on a pallet. Delivery is curbside or driveway drop-off. Backyard placement or installation is not included. For special requests, contact us.

In most cases, no. However, you should ensure clear access to the delivery location and have help available to move components after drop-off. For a pre-assembled sauna, a crane or forklift is necessary.

Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Fully assembled saunas, sauna kits, electrical components, custom orders, personal items, and special-order items are final sale and non-returnable.
